Born in the North East of England, I have always had a strong connection with the natural world and the quiet beauty found in everyday moments. Living with Dysthymia and internal ADHD has brought its own challenges, often leaving me navigating periods of low mood, exhaustion and an extremely busy inner world. Photography became more than a creative interest for me; it became a form of therapy. Through my camera, I found a way to slow down, focus on the present moment and express things that are sometimes difficult to put into words. Each image represents not only what I see, but something I feel — turning moments of stillness, light, nature and emotion into pieces of art that tell their own story.
